-How do I receive confirmation that my order was successful?

When you successfully complete your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

-Can I pre-order a product from the online store? Of course!

It is possible to pre-order products that you will find marked “Backorder”. If there are products in your order that are in pre-order status and you have selected cash on delivery as a payment method, then those products that are already available will be shipped immediately with the corresponding shipping costs, while products that are in pre-order status will be shipped as soon as they are available with the corresponding shipping costs. If the order has been paid by card, bank transfer or Paypal then the products will be shipped as soon as all the products of your order are available!

*4BOX in case of cancellation of a product that is in Backorder and has been paid by card will contact you directly to make an immediate refund.

-Can I cancel or change my order?

Don’t worry, we all make mistakes. If for some reason you want to change or cancel your order, and we haven’t prepared your package, all you need to do is contact us at 210-68018133 or email us at info@4-box.gr within 24 hours of completing your order.

However, as for the products that are in pre-order you can cancel your order only 3 days after submitting it. From this period onwards, there is no possibility of cancellation.


-What are the shipping costs?

For orders over 50,00 euros the shipping costs are FREE.
For orders over 20,00 euro the shipping costs are 1,00€
For orders up to 20,00 euro the shipping costs are 2,50€
The shipping costs for shipments in Cyprus are 8,00 euro (The cash on delivery service is not provided)

Cash on delivery is a separate service with an additional cost of 2,00 euro.

In case of change the return and reshipment costs are charged to the customer and are in total 4 euros. This amount can be paid by PayPal, transfer or cash on delivery. In case of cash on delivery there is an additional cost of 2 euros and the total change is 6 euros.

-How and where will I receive my order?

You can choose Click Away and we can meet you in person!
The Courier employee will bring your order to your door*.

-When will I pick up my order?

Are you one of those impatient people who peek through the peephole waiting for the courier? We understand you. The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days.
*2 days after the product has been shipped from our store after we have sent the shipping code you can contact the Courier to set the exact time to receive your product.


-Is there a physical store?

Of course! There is a physical store at 3-5 Herakliou Street, in Chlandri.

-Can I pick up my order at the physical store?

Of course you can. Just choose Click Away when you place your order. You can also choose to pay at the store when you pick up your order.
-What are the opening hours of the shop?

The opening hours of our physical store are:

Monday: 10:00 – 21:00

Tuesday: 10:00 – 21:00

Wednesday: 10:00 – 21:00

Thursday: 10:00 – 21:00

Friday: 10:00 – 21:00

Saturday 10:00 – 21:00.


-Can I return my product?

In case of a defective / wrong product you should contact us at info@4-box.gr and our team will reply within 2 days

In case you wish to return/change a product that now has a discounted price, the current price will be taken into account.

If you are not satisfied or for some other reason you want to return the product, you can do so within 10 days. The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

The shipping costs of the return are entirely borne by the customer.

It is non-refundable: Products that have been opened and the packaging has been marked



No. No refunds are given. What is done is you receive a code with the money to be refunded to use on your next purchase.
